2025-2026 EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN'S AWARENESS & CELEBRATION

 

GME PTA is proud to have been able to bring speaker, Brad Cohen, to Garrison Mill to kick-off our Exceptional Children Awareness Celebration. Brad shared his powerful message on AWARENESS and UNDERSTANDING DIFFERENCES through his own inspiring story of how he turned the challenges of Tourette Syndrome into strengths — inspiring students to embrace who they are and support others.

2025-2026 STAFF MINI-GRANTS

This program is designed to assist in the funding of the educational experience of our student body. So far this year, PTA has awarded $5000 to our staff and classrooms.

 

The Kindergarten team received their mini-grant from PTA — brand new magnetic dry erase boards and erasers for their classrooms!
These tools will make learning even more interactive and fun for our youngest Garrison Mill learners.

 

2025-2026 CLASS SHIRTS

PTA is proud to be able to fund class shirts for every PreK through 4th grade student for the 2025-2026 school year.

 


 
 

IXL MATH PROGRAM

PTA is proud to pay $4,500 to fund this comprehensive online learning program that offers thousands of adaptive skills aligned with state standards for 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th grades.

 BINGO NIGHT 2025
 Bingo Night is a FREE event for all GME families where pizza and prizes are provided. This year we gave out over 70 pizzas and many sought after prizes. Most importantly, it was a family friendly event attended by over 150 of our school community members.

This event welcomed new students to GME with FREE popsicles and fun times at Mabry Park.
