Committee Help Needed

Help inspire student creativity through the National PTA Reflections Program! The Reflections Committee Chair will oversee the school's participation in the National PTA Reflections Program by coordinating the annual arts competition in accordance with National and Georgia PTA guidelines. Responsibilities include promoting the program, organizing submissions, coordinating judging, communicating with families, ensuring entries advance according to deadlines, and bringing creative ideas to encourage student participation. This volunteer will work closely with the PTA Executive Board to celebrate the arts and help students showcase their talents in visual arts, photography, literature, music composition, dance choreography, and film production.

Help plan and coordinate the PTA’s support for Conference Week. Responsibilities may include organizing teacher/staff appreciation efforts, coordinating volunteers, and helping ensure everything is prepared and runs smoothly throughout the week. Work closely with the PTA Executive Board and other volunteers to make Conference Week a special and appreciated time for our teachers and staff.

Help promote healthy habits and positive choices throughout our school! This volunteer will work with the PTA to plan, organize, and bring creative new ideas to our health and wellness initiatives, including Red Ribbon Week. The Birthday Grams Chair will help coordinate the PTA's Birthday Grams program by working with our Executive Board members to keep track of incoming orders, prepare the ordered grams, and organize their delivery to students each week.
